Communication around biodiversity (completed) ¶
Biodiversity is a cross-cutting issue involving numerous actors from different sectors and levels. In addition to nature conservation, it is also increasingly present in areas such as agriculture, construction, property management, tourism and road maintenance. We are particularly interested in which key actors have a significant influence on biodiversity in Switzerland and how communication between and with them works.
- How can these actors be reached in a better and more targeted way?
- What proven methods and approaches exist in practice and research to improve communication on biodiversity and adapt it to different target groups?
Our products ¶
Drawing on the combined expertise of our members, we have compiled an overview of various stakeholders who can influence biodiversity in Switzerland and visualized the list in an interactive ShinyApp. In addition, we held a series of webinars and a one-day course on various aspects of communication in March and April 2026 to strengthen the communication skills of people working in the biodiversity sector.
